These terms cover your use of gta6mapsize.com. They are written to be read rather than skipped, because two of them genuinely matter: this is a fan project with no Rockstar involvement, and the map is an approximation of an unreleased game rather than a specification.

Accepting these terms
Using this site means you accept what is written here. If you do not, the remedy is simple: stop using it. These terms apply to every page and every language version of the site, and to the map images offered for download.
This is a fan project, not a Rockstar site
GTA6MapSize is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Vice City, Rockstar Games and all related names, logos and marks are trademarks of their respective owners, used here for identification and commentary only. Nothing on this site should be read as an official statement about the game.
The map is an estimate, not a specification
GTA 6 has not been released. Every map of Leonida in existence, including this one, is assembled from trailers, screenshots, developer interviews and leaked material, and every one of them will be wrong in places. That is why each entry carries an evidence grade. Entries graded leaked or unconfirmed may never appear in the shipped game. Do not use anything here as a basis for a purchase, a video claim or a bet. The site is provided for information and entertainment, and it is offered as it stands, without any warranty that it is accurate, complete or current.
What you may do with the material
Read it, share it, and link to it freely. The map images offered for download are our own artwork and may be used for personal purposes and in videos, articles and posts about the game, with a credit and a link back to this site. You may not resell them, present them as official Rockstar material, or republish the written pages wholesale on another site. Automated scraping that degrades the service for other readers is not permitted; ordinary crawling by search engines and AI assistants is, and the robots file says so explicitly.
Who owns what
The written text, the evidence grading, the coastline projection, the map artwork and the site design are ours. Everything relating to Grand Theft Auto VI itself, including the game, its trailers, its screenshots and its names, belongs to Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. Their material is described and referenced here under fair use for commentary and reporting. Leaked material is described and used to grade evidence; it is not hosted, mirrored or offered for download anywhere on this site.
Rights holders and takedowns
If you hold rights to material you believe is used improperly here, write to the contact address with the specific page and what you want removed. Requests from rights holders are acted on rather than argued with, and there is no need to involve lawyers to get something taken down.
Links and advertising
This site links to Rockstar pages, news reports, video platforms and other external sources, and it carries advertising served by third parties. We do not control any of those, and a link is not an endorsement. What happens once you leave this site is governed by the terms and privacy policy of wherever you land.
Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on anything published here, including any inaccuracy in the map. The site may go offline, change or disappear without notice. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
These terms will be updated as the site changes, and heavily so once the game is released and the map can be rebuilt from the real thing. The last updated date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not remove any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
